You can execute actions using GET and PUT methods in addition to the already supported POST method.
Once an action is executed, its output is now shown in the interface.
Introduced a feedback gathering directly from the widget allowing us to improve our plugin and tailor it to the user needs. We also added a link to our documentation page.
We have been accepted in the Crisp Integrations catalog and our plugin is officially live!
In this first version, you can:
  • Create actions (webhooks) to add to your sidebar of Crisp
  • Use users' metadata in the parameters of the actions
  • Execute the defined actions directly from the sidebar of Crisp
